    The DFA is excited to announce that as part of their Mother's Day Eve tournament, Sat May 11, Baton Rouge Fencing Club we will be hosting a Dagger and Epee event. All the information is on AskFred and people are welcome to contact Ryan O'Connor club President if they have any questions.

    The DFA would like your feedback for our next 2013 tournament.

    Many dagger fencers have suggested Orlando Orlanndo area being it is located in the center of the state.

    Please let us know you thoughts and possible dates to consider.

    The R & D team is still working diligently to find an economical and alternative wireless scoring device to replace the Hitmate. Due to the inconsistent grounding and timing issues associated with the device the DFC has decided to revert back to tethered scoring equipment for tournaments until further notice.

    The official changes will be revised in the 2012 rule book.
